In the hustle and bustle of life, it’s easy to forget about our own well-being. As a gentle reminder, it’s important to pause, breathe, and prioritize self-care. Whether it’s a quiet moment with a cup of tea, a walk outside, or simply allowing yourself to rest, remember that you deserve it. You are valuable, and your well-being matters. “Mental health problems don’t define who you are. They are something you experience. You walk in the rain and you feel the rain, but, importantly, YOU ARE NOT THE RAIN.” Matt Haig
