Counseling Associates of Delaware is the private practice of Wesley Jones, LCSW, and Amy Carello, LPCMH, NCC, M.Ed., located in Wilmington, Delaware. Proudly established in October of 2021, Counseling Associates of Delaware has continued the reputation from both Wes and Amy’s individual private practices of being a respectful, responsive, client-centered, and ethical practice.

Welcome, Sara & Hudson!
We are thrilled to announce that we are scheduling intakes for Sara Geoghegan and her therapy dog, Hudson; they are joining Counseling Associates of Delaware this June. Sara is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and provides therapy to adolescents, young adults, and their families. Hudson is happy to join sessions for those who are so inclined!
Sara possesses a broad range of experiences in the counseling field, having served in Utah, Colorado, and Minnesota. Sara is happy to return to her hometown in Delaware to put down roots and stay a while. Please view Sara’s entire profile on the “Our Therapists” page, with Hudson’s soon to follow!
